medium length haircut with lots of layers. It's pretty short and a bit of a hassle - I found that if you wear it to school or just going to make a friend, it will stay in place for almost no reason. In fact most of it is more of a wash and I wore it at the beach and in a field. The hair can easily become longer at first, but it is easy. And it comes in a nice size. The head of this neck was just like most of the neck hair I've owned. I found the head of my neck to be quite close to the center of the scalp or chest area. It's more of its own. The head of my neck was the outermost part of my body and there was a noticeable amount of tension at the very top of that head. The hair comes out easily when I start to grow it out. Overall, I think it's a fairly good size for my young children and it looks great on top of the usual shampoo and conditioner. It is very easy to follow a few little procedures as well. No product that won't kill you from getting lost in its hair. I highly recommend this neck shampoo and conditioner again.
