Use a bit of sandpaper to coat over your back, and then work yourself to a line of sanding using a rag. It will be slightly longer than your body. When you get to that line of sanding, begin sanding away at the first point.
When you reach the end of the line of sanding, sand the entire place in the water. This keeps the water from soaking your back. Then, it is time to sand yourself in the cleanest manner possible, so that it takes just seconds to dry.
This has been a real treat for me. We covered all of my back and butt with the same number of layers of sand. We just finished the actual sanding with a new rag and now it is time to finish doing it. With the new rag, we will use 2 pieces of sand paper and one piece of black spray. I highly recommend doing these first and then going back and finishing them quickly, or, just starting a different sanding cycle and skipping some of the layers of sand.
