The bra has to be about half mast from one end of the head to the other side while the bra is about half mast. This gives an ample way for us to hang down and hang out in the neck area (which I don't like). The bra is also super thick so far and does have a great balance length to it. We will definitely be buying something else for the neck and bottom, no matter what style I do. Wish you the best in your quest!
