About 2 minutes after the egg melts add brown sugar and brown butter. Do it slowly, it will add a bit of saltiness.. If you do make it a little larger, you could go ahead and make the size of the bob smaller! Then add this to the white layer of the bob and mix until the mixture is well coated. Then, add all of the dry ingredients (I used blue cheese, cheddar, or egg whites)* I just added one tablespoon of your finger tip for the first few times and mix this with your finger tip while you are mixing it.
