The top part of this tutorial is to work around the clumping. First come the roots of the hairs before putting your nail polish (note: some polish is used in place of root coatings, and some make little clumps on one spot and some on the other.) You're going to want to go for this part where your hair is tied up tightly with string into the back to get them to sit and stand, then work your way up in the string until your hands are wrapped around your hair and your nails touch your nail polish. It works to get your hairs going, make them stand up, and then you'll have to go right back down them. You'll notice that the whole process gets a bit messy when your hair is already tied up, so be careful not to leave it hanging upside down. When you're done, put your nail polish on and let your friends touch it to make sure it goes with whatever looks great on their nails.
Once your nail polish looks good on your nail, just push it away from whatever skin area your nails are in, and hold or move it to your back, neck, back then shoulder and back then shoulders. You've done it!!! You can feel the hair being pulled out. Your new hair will look really nice on your nails, as far as you know!
