how to cut your own hair layers easy. We started off by cutting our hair using the method with a ruler and a hair dryer. The results looked and are exactly the same as our method, but just a little less expensive and shorter. This gives us a few extra steps.
Step 1: Make your cut:
Step 2: Rinse your hair using soap and water
Step 3: Place the top into a large bowl, using two plastic slabs. The two slabs should be roughly 4 x 5" (0.5cm x 0.3cm) (not 2×2×2mm). Set the bottom of the bowl over the top of the bowl or over the top of the slabs. Place flat in a separate bowl and then carefully fold over to make a very flat cut.
Step 4: Make your cuts:
Step 5: Sew on a thread inside of the cut.
Step 6: Using your elastic band, put the short hair on top of the cut
Step 7: Cut the hair using a band for ends on
Step 8: Sew on one edge of the cut
Step 9: Sew on the other end
Step 10: Using a wire to hold the cut together
Step 11: Sew onto the ends of the cut
Step 12: Sew up on your elastic band
