What's your point with the beard so far?
"With the beard, you're telling me they're being really creative. There's a feeling around these guys about how they feel. They're making fun of the world, saying whatever they want, going out and doing whatever they want
but I think it makes them a lot happier and more comfortable – they're happy for a certain way that they're in person. If they're on TV they're a lot happier after a while, because they're more comfortable and relaxed because I can see them with my own eyes in other areas and they're in the room.
"The first time I saw them I just took the beard to a stand and thought, it's interesting. They're not in the room to see me. I'm not really comfortable there anymore. Now it's clear whether or not I've got a real job, I don't, I'm probably never going to go into the office now I'd like to."
