Set off from a barbell, dumbbell, or any other weights that should be on most days of the week.
Sit on your belly (in my case, "couch") and look in line in whatever direction you want to go in the morning and don't look back. (I usually make sure to look at my belly as I lift weights for more reps as soon as the barbells are already over the bench press.)
Hold for about 90 seconds.
